**All Pro Adventures**, located at **102 Pleasant Valley Rd NW, Sugarcreek, OH 44681, USA**, operates within the broad scope of the **Auto Repair Stations** category, specifically by providing specialized goods and accessories for recreational vehicles (RVs) and campers. While not a traditional "auto repair" shop for routine vehicle maintenance, their focus on parts and accessories for a specific type of vehicle places them within a related domain, offering goods for sale that enhance or modify these specialized automotive units. They can be contacted by phone at **(330) 409-1700** or on mobile at **+1 330-409-1700**.
All Pro Adventures primarily serves the niche market of RV and camper owners, particularly those with **NuCamp T@G and TAB 320 trailers**, as indicated by customer reviews. Their product offerings are centered around enhancing the camping and outdoor adventure experience. Based on the provided information, their main products appear to be:
- **Awnings:** Designed to provide shade and shelter, these are a significant part of their product line. The reviews specifically mention awnings for TAB 320 and NuCamp T@G trailers.
- **Covers:** For protecting trailers from the elements. One review praises an "excellent" cover for a T@G trailer.
While the provided data focuses on these two product types, it's common for businesses specializing in RV accessories to offer a wider array of items, such as outdoor living gear, storage solutions, and other aftermarket enhancements for campers.
The environment of All Pro Adventures, given its specialization, is likely a retail space or showroom dedicated to RV and camper accessories. This would typically involve displays of their products, possibly installed on demonstration units, to allow customers to visualize how the accessories integrate with their vehicles. As an online retailer, their digital presence, including their website, is also a crucial part of their "environment," where product descriptions, images, and customer reviews are hosted.
Key features of All Pro Adventures, derived from the customer feedback, present a mixed picture. On the positive side, the company does offer **"very good products,"** as attested by a customer who found the T@G trailer cover to be "excellent." This suggests that some of their product lines are indeed well-made and functional.
However, significant concerns arise regarding other products and, more critically, their **customer service and integrity in managing online reviews.** A major design flaw was identified with an awning for the TAB 320, where the camper door "will not fully open when the awning is in place." This is a fundamental usability issue. The customer's attempt to inquire about this was met with an unhelpful "its obvious" response. This indicates a lack of proactive communication and customer support in addressing product deficiencies.
A more troubling feature highlighted by both reviews is the company's alleged practice of **deleting negative customer reviews** from their website. Both customers explicitly state that their critical reviews, detailing product issues, were submitted, went to "pending," and were then "deleted" or "tossed out." This behavior, if true, raises serious questions about the company's transparency and honesty in representing customer satisfaction. One customer directly notes, "They show they have a perfect 5 of 5 on 19 reviews. This is clearly not true as they tossed out my review. Sleazy." This suggests an intentional effort to manipulate their public perception, which significantly undermines trust.
Another product feature concern relates to the awning's design for the NuCamp T@G trailer. The awning "keeps collapsing due to the absence of Velcro (and support) in the rear part along the trailer's kitchen door." Furthermore, the "awning loses tension when it gets wet, contributing to its collapse as the horizontal poles do no longer stay in place." Despite following video tutorials, the product did not perform as expected. This points to potential quality control issues and a lack of robustness in certain product designs, particularly under varying environmental conditions.
Regarding promotional information, All Pro Adventures likely promotes its products through its website, possibly social media, and potentially through RV and camping expos. Their "invitation...to express my opinion on the awning" suggests they actively solicit reviews, which is a common promotional strategy. However, if they are selectively publishing reviews, this compromises the credibility of their promotional efforts. A perfect 5-star rating based on filtered reviews is misleading and can negatively impact customer trust once discovered. Authentic positive reviews, such as the one about the excellent T@G cover, are valuable, but their impact is diminished if negative experiences are systematically suppressed.
In summary, All Pro Adventures in Sugarcreek, OH, primarily serves the RV and camper market within the broader Auto Repair Stations category by selling specialized accessories like awnings and covers. While they appear to offer some quality products, significant concerns have been raised by customers regarding critical design flaws in certain awnings, the unresponsiveness of their customer service to product issues, and, most notably, the alleged practice of deleting negative reviews from their website. This latter point severely impacts the company's perceived integrity and transparency. Potential customers should exercise caution, conduct thorough research beyond the company's own website, and consider seeking independent reviews or consulting with other RV owners before making a purchase from All Pro Adventures, especially for products like awnings where reported design flaws could lead to dissatisfaction.

All Pro Adventures Customer Reviews
I bought an ALL PRO ADVENTURES awning for my TAB 320. I actually like it, but there is a design flaw - the door on my camper will not fully open when the awning is in place. I called them to inquire and was told "its obvious". I asked them if shouldn't mention this in their description but no answer. When I then left a review on their web page, it went to pending, and then was deleted. That bothered me more than the original issue. Here is a snapshot of the review I tried to post...it was my second attempt. They show they have a perfect 5 of 5 on 19 reviews. This is clearly not true as they tossed out my review. Sleazy

I received an invitation from All Pro Adventures to express my opinion on the awning I bought for my NuCamp T@G trailer. Posted the review on their website, but the review has been deleted. The company has some very good products. The cover I bought for the T@G, for example, is excellent. However, the awning is not so. The design does not work because the awning keeps collapsing due to the absence of Velcro (and support) in the rear part along the trailer's kitchen door. Also, the awning loses tension when it gets wet, contributing to its collapse as the horizontal poles do no longer stay in place. I followed their video tutorial and tried several times, but it did not work.

Absolutely fantastic company! If you own a nucamp trailer than you need to check them out! I ordered a storage container and loved it so much that I asked for a lock for my main propane cargo container and Elton sent me one for free! No questions asked! Wow! I'm extremely impressed with this company and would highly recommend it to a friend or family member! Thanks!

I researched several options for our Teardrop and after reviewing my options I settled on the Walker Tent and found it thru All Pro Adventures. To us this was a big decision because we were spending 1600,00 on a TENT. I placed my order and waited for the tent to arrive. While waiting I watched videos on setting up the tent and it was highly recommended that we set yp the tent before going out for the first time, thank goodness we did this. First upon opening the box we see a hand written note from All Pro Adventures letting us know that our tent was set up at the factory prior to shipping to make sure that everything was in “good order”. My first reaction was “wow” that is going above and beyond. But NO! This was a returned tent and was missing pieces dirty and had scratched up poles. The directions had been used and had handwritten nitrs on them, some of the pieces had been put in ziplocked bags. Now I don’t know about you but after spending 1600.00 on a tent I expected it to arrive perfect. After calming down I emailed All Pro Adventures detailing all the issues along with photos. I waited 2 days for a response. The response I git basically ignored all my concers, all they asked about were the missing parts, after a couple more emails I teceived an email back telling me they would send the missing pieces. Now in my previous emails I had sent pictures of the dirty parts and scratched poles, absolutely no comment on any of these issues. I received the missing pieces but waa very disappointed in the lack if customer service. If you purchase from All Pro just think about this, you teally are at there mercy, it would cost you a fortune to return the tent, so that is not an option. You will get the very bare minimum from the company when it comes to customer servuce. I still have not received a response on why I was shipped a used tent(since the letter inside the bix was a lie). No apolgy or anything. If you can find anyone else to purchase your tent thru I highly recommend it. I love the tent just not the company I bought the tent from, I wish I had done more research on them!
