Alfa Romeo of Westbury Service & Parts Center

I’d like to share my current frustration with my experience at the Alfa Romeo Old Westbury Service Center. I brought my car in for Apple CarPlay issues in November 2024, and since then, I’ve heard absolutely nothing from my service advisor, Chris. I’ve had to escalate the situation to corporate, and only in mid-December did they inform me that a radio part needed to be replaced and that it had been ordered. On December 19th, 2024, I was given an ETA from Alfa Romeo corporate customer care specialist to expect 8-12 business days for the part to arrive. Fast forward to a few days ago when I followed up with corporate, they confirmed that the part had been delivered to the service center. However, when I called the service department, they claimed they haven’t received the part yet and have no estimated ETA for when it would be. What makes this even worse is that each time I call the service department, I am only able to speak with the secretaries. I would give my name and number for my service advisor to call me back, but he never once did. If I don’t actively reach out, weeks pass by without anyone updating me on the status of my vehicle. My car has now been in the shop for over two months with no clear timeline or updates. The entire process has been handled terribly, and I am beyond dissatisfied. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service have left me deeply disappointed with Alfa Romeo. I expect much more from a brand that positions itself as a luxury option, but this experience has been a total letdown.

Complimnetary Loaners, available for every Service Appointment & Emergencies and Rescues… NOT!!! I have been leasing my Alfa Romeo Giulia since 2021. The dealer made clear that their value came from not only quality of the vehicle, but also the quality of the dealers service department. I have gone in for service/maintenance six times over the past 3 years and I am consistently told there are no loaners available. The last time I brought my car in and waited for service to be completed I watched six loaners sit on the lot. Now my car is indicating low oil level. I call to schedule service for the vehicle and I am told there are no vehicles available for loaner until August. I am unclear as to the process of how loaners are used at this service center. I leased from BMW for six years and not once did I ever have an issue with having a loaner provided for let alone an oil change, but any major issue such as low oil level. The one time I had an issue with the BMW, not only was a flatbed sent out to retrieve the car but I was provided with a loaner until the issue was resolved. The attitude at this location is, “well there’s nothing else we can do for you.” I don’t find that to be aligned with their claim to be “America’s #1 VIP plus Program”

Their mechanics in this location would use your cars to do donuts and drive extremely aggressively for adrenaline high after “maintenance, not just a test run. I’ve seen it numerous times. The mechanics here do not care about your cars. Take it somewhere else. You are paying to get your cars damaged. So you come back for more services I guess

Defective tire installed. Replaced same tire 3 weeks ago. 200 miles and already has a bubble in it. I have to pay $500 for another tire. Does not stand by product. Horrible dealership. Edit: They just called to cancel an appointment because I left a truthful review. Pathetic. There are other places to get tires and oil changes.

I would like to say I love my car. Normally my experience is good when servicing my car however today a disgusting female answered the phone and was rude, very unprofessional and lacked knowledge in regard to anything. If you don’t want to work stay home. I pay way too much to have to deal with trash.

Westbury Alfa Romeo service center provides excellent service and the staff cares about your concerns. Worked with service advisor Chris and also Carl and they were both extremely helpful. Came in for my yearly maintenance/service and was able to get in and out efficiently. Service is great, I was able to Lyft to a shopping center nearby and wait for my car to be finished. Also the wait area is comfortable with an ample seating area and refreshments. All service is explained thoroughly.

Huge thanks to Sean, Vincent, and Rick for an outstanding experience! From start to finish, the service was seamless, professional, and truly top-notch. They made everything easy, kept me informed, and went above and beyond to ensure my car was taken care of. Plus, I really appreciated the Lyft ride home and pickup—a great touch! I recently had my car serviced at this Westbury Alfa Romeo. The first time my service advisor was Wilkins who is exceptionally both knowledgeable and helpful. Second time Wilkins was away and Vincent was the service advisor. Vincent proved beyond helpful, polite and accessible. I give Vincent many more than 5 stars and it was very fortunate to have a caring individual like Vincent. He did an exceptional service that I am very pleased and satisfied with. Vincent is an asset to his employers.

Great thanks to Chris and Carl for outstanding service. Had an issue with my tires on the car and came back to have the issue resolved and they were understanding and able to help resolve my issue seamlessly. Easy to book an appointment and drop my car off and the shuttle service is great! Great service experience. I would recommend!

I love this service center, everyone always takes such good care of me and make sure everything is always completed in full before I leave. The wait is never long and scheduling is easy. All the attendants have such a great demeanor and I can truly say this is the best experience I’ve ever had at a service center in NY. Thank you Alfa Romeo Westbury!! I regret not having written this review sooner.
