I took my 06 Silverado into their shop 3 years ago, and they replaced the gear shift and the key switch mechanism and kept the truck almost a month. Travis the manager at the time did nothing but Lie and over charge,and wanted to do more work on the truck. So I decided to stay away from their shop..I was going to sue them, but because I don't want more stress in my life I decided to let it go. I stopped by the shop about 1.5. Months ago and Patrick said he was the new service manager and most of the old staff had been replaced. (No Wonder).He also said that they would take care of the problem. But it seems like he has forgotten because today he has changed his mind and they wouldn't fix it. New manager, same lies. If you are looking for a reliable place to take your vehicle, I suggest you read their reviews. I wish that I had. The only reason why I gave them 1 star is there's not a 0 available.

Highly recommend! My Mom and I travelled to Fort Mohave for an appointment on 05/20. While leaving to go back home, I noticed my tire was completely flat. I was able to get the flat tire off but when I went to put the spare tire on, the jack would not go high enough. More than 20 people passed but no one would offer any help. We called multiple local companies and for one reason or another, they could not help us. We spoke with Advanced Auto Repair and they had a very nice gentleman who came out within 30 minutes. I believe his name was Ken. He was very helpful and was able to jack the car high enough to put the spare on. He not only put the spare on but he also attempted to plug the tire twice but unfortunately because the piece of metal that was in my tire was so large it was not able to be repaired. He then assisted with putting everything back in my car and even gave us cold water. On top of that, he then said he would not charge us! I cannot thank you enough for helping us! Thank you for being such a blessing!

Just got my oil changed, quick and easy. The guys even filled my washer fluid. Last time I got an alignment and they did what no other shop could do….. make the darn truck drive straight. I recommend this shop. Sincerely James O.

Great mechanics. These guys are extremely thorough when you take your vehicle in for repairs. Just like every mechanic, they are expensive, but you get what you pay for

I stopped by this place because it was highly recommended and I felt like I needed a second opinion. I do most of the work on my Jeep myself but needed help. I met a mechanic there named Mike. I asked him a few questions and he not only gave me great advice but I didn’t need to have the work done the another shop said I did. A month later and my vehicle still runs perfect with no issues at all. Extremely knowledgeable and not just there to grab your money. Ask for Mike, he’s an actual mechanic and not a service rep.
