A Real Mechanic's Shop

Did work on ‘47 Plymouth, this guy is good. Marshall knows all about classics and newer cars. Will be going back to upgrade brakes and master cylinder. Who knows, maybe make my ride a led sled.

I went in for an A/C recharge. The owner was very nice. We waited in the air conditioned waiting room. The service only took about 15 minutes and we were out of there. Much quicker than I expected. And his prices are very reasonable. It was actually less than I expected to pay. My A/C is blowing colder and with more power now. I'm a very happy customer.

Marshal is a lifesaver!! Highly recommend. We were on a long road trip when our vehicle started having problems. I called several mechanics in the area but he was the only one who could help us. He talked us through what could be going on and then when we arrived at the shop just before closing time he stayed open to help us. He was very knowledgeable, worked quickly and saved us from what could have been extremely costly future damage had we not stopped. We can’t thank him enough!

Called ahead before having my wife's car towed to this shop. They said they could diagnose it... Nearly 24 hrs later, nothing. I called to get an update and instead I get screamed at for calling. Not very professional. I understand if the guy was over booked, but part of being in business management is knowing when you have too much work and knowing when to refuse work - the appropriate way. He was not courteous or polite, he said he didn't want to work on the car and I should have it picked up immediately. When I arrived the car was outside the business in the parking lot. I ended up having it towed away and did what I should have done from the beginning. Diagnosed myself - which took less than an hour, by the way. Then had it towed to another shop where it was fixed within a day. Upon waiting for vehicle to be towed off lot, the guy comes out to point out what he thinks is the issue....(Which btw absolutely was not). My wife is an essential work during a global pandemic and she was relying on this vehicle to do her job. Communication is lacking here and hope others have a better experience....

Broke down outside Needles, was towed here right before they were walking out the door. They stayed a bit longer and assesed my needs, had it fixed by the next day. Super knowledgeable, and quick! Thanks!
