Advanced Auto Body

My Insurance company works with another auto body shop. A friend recommended Advanced Auto Body. I didn't wait long for Jeff to come talk to me. He took a quick look at my car and I set up an appointment for the next day, to get an estimate. I talked to him after the estimate was completed and decided to have him do the work . UPDATE: UPDATE: AFTER 27 DAYS, I GOT THE CALL, MY CAR WAS FINISHED. I picked it up the next day. I am so disappointed. I want my deductible back. I've been LOCKED in my car 2x, When I try to get out of car, the alarm goes off and the doors will not unlock. I had to roll window down and climb out and disconnect the battery. Never happened to me until I got the car back. The grill is not secured under the hood, found bolts laying on top of parts , sides of bumpers are not secured, clips are missing or falling out, not tight under headlights and water is leaking in them, head lights adjusted incorrectly and cover is defective, hood latch not correct, rod to hold up hood is not secured, hood opens all the way to windshield, don't even need the rod to keep it up, water leaking in both doors, passenger window falls down, some replacement parts are rusty as hell, axle grease all over cover under the bumper, wheel well liners not secured, piece of metal rubbing tire, stereo screen scratched, can't see anything on it, car not shifting into gears correctly and washer fluid reserve must be cracked , because when I pulled the lever nothing comes out.

I would always recommend advanced for repairs they have fixed my son car and my car twice even the owner is friendly and helpful I got to meet him this last trip I was so upset worried my car was totaled after I rear ended a lady in Sam club parking lot and he was so nice and went out and looked at my car and kidded with me Willis made me feel so much better. Then Jeff reached out to me and gave me the total and he listened to me and helped me. I even got my car back quicker than I thought I would. There was only 1 thing I didn’t appreciate is the way one of the lady’s at the front desk to me the day I stopped in to check in with my car and she was rude to me about my deductible she said your deductible is 2000 are you goin to have that in full this time but the way she said it and spoke to me was so unkind and unprofessional. I shopped around for someone to repair minor damage to my bumper. The quote I got from a major auto dealership's collision center was $2200. It included repairs to make the insignificant scuffs look new PLUS items i wasnt interested in. Ruddy Nationwide suggested ADVANCE repair on Budd St (Sharon). The technician at ADVANCE fixed it for FREE!!!!! WOW!!!! GREAT SERVICE!!!!!! I LOVE ADVANCE!!!!!!

Everyone one is nice and friendly. Work was great car came back clean. I drive a hour one way to take my vehicle to advanced Auto Body because of the great work.

My job uses advanced auto so when I needed body work done, that is where I went. They did a GREAT job not only on the vehicle but with communication. I received text updates so I never had to call and ask what’s going on.
