I felt tension on the clerk's gesture. A little bit of a treat in being Hispanic. The Anglo clerks were not well educated about treat everyone equal.

I went to get my check engine light diagnosed by these incompetent and rude employee. He gave me a wrong diagnosis and if I listened to him. It would have cost me $1000’s of dollars. I’ll never go there again.

I bought a new battery for my 2015 Honda odyssey. The last one lasted six years. This location was good they had cart full of loaner tools for me to use including a battery-operated 3/8 inch ratchet with a full complete set of deep sockets, a battery tender to plug into the OBD-2 port to keep the ecu from resetting, battery cleaning spray, baking soda, battery brush, a wire brush, extra nuts and bolts, as well a few good screwdrivers. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The guys at this location were really helpful. They offered to install the new battery for me, but I declined, and they could tell I wanted to do it myself, so they made sure I had all the tools I needed and got them all ready for me. While I was installing the battery they even processed the refund for the CORE charge for the old battery so once I had the battery in and washed my hands, then off I went. Great location.
