Just went in for wiper blades. Was sold a blade that was missing half of the plastic it should have had where it clips on. Was told I didn't need it. Well it did clip on but was missing half of the plastic. Asked them to swap it so it would match the other one and the large gentleman there acted annoyed and handed it over and said “have fun”. Someone needs some customer service training. Won't be going back there anytime soon. Two other parts stores in close proximity. AND Walmart. Thought I would be nice and support a local business, guess they don't need it.

This location is a great choice in the area. Jeremy and Mike are great and can get what I need fast, as a small business owner this is very important. Staff is very respectful and willing to help with whatever needs I have as well as going the extra mile to make sure I get what's needed. I appreciate you guys Thanks for years of good service, great team highly recommend.

Amazing service—staff has great personality and are so helpful! We had no clue how to open our taillight or even if we needed a bulb, and they gladly did it for us! We were back on the road in no time—brightened our day as well as our van!

They wanted $166 for a battery i got at Wal-Mart for $99... with the same warranty. $73 for a Moog ball joint I got on Amazon for $30. No veteran's discount besides... nope!
