Very lazy people they refuse to change my battery even the system says it’s very easy to change. The guy came out, opened the hood and says is very hard to change the battery and I took a key and take the two bolts out and put the new battery for three minutes, but the guys is just too lazy to exchange it. They just stay there and do nothing. I hope somebody gonna take care of it. I’m sick and tired of people like this guy working in such a big company and do nothing! Thanks
