Woke up to my car not starting, removed the battery and brought it to Advanced Auto for testing. The store associate (Tiffany) informed me that it was pretty dead and needed to be replaced. She showed me the battery the computer recommended as well as some cheaper batteries. I ended up buying the recommended battery as well as a kit to avoid corrosion, my sister also purchased a car detailing kit for her car as well. Thank you Tiffany for being helpful, knowledgeable and courteous, no upselling or pressure of any kind. You have earned our business and recommendations as new customers.

Had a dying battery that needed replaced ASAP. Andre (I believe that was his name) was very knowledgeable and helpful and did an excellent job changing it out as well. He made sure the electronics stayed on so I wouldn't have reset issues.

Adam was courteous knowledgeable and was more then helpful with our needs in a replacement battery. Made sure to test the electrical power and the battery itself. Also did a full install with no additional charge. Adam is definitely going to get my return business because he was a regular person not a robot like at other companies that read what's on the screen and have no customer service experience. I highly recommend you try this spot first before running around town to end up with them anyway
