Poor staff. I come to return my items. They look like don’t want to take my items back. The items still in box but the lady she look at me look like i used already. She asking me why and she call another man come to check my items. Hello lady it still in box not open yet and that is clear box you can see anything in the box. What wrong with you. And the way she talk to me like she doesn’t want to do it for me. And both of them talk together in Spanish about me when i still standing there. They make me feel like i am a fraud. Poor staff. Poor services.

Went in to get a belt matched up, but the guys waiting on me were totally incompetent. After 20 minutes they gave me a belt and said it looked close. I asked if they had measured the old belt and they said the belt measuring device they had was broken. I ended up having to make another trip to a different store in Jefferson to actually get the correct belt! Next time I need auto parts. & I am in Gainesville, I'll just go to Slacks, I know they know how to measure a belt!

Came to get windshield wipers because my old ones were tearing up and it was raining. Young lady got her co workers to help put my new windshield wipers on. She was so friendly and helpful. Will be back.

Did not have my part, but was extremely helpful and even came out to talk to me about what was what under engine hood. Showed me a few things to help. Great service, friendly and clean. My van is 24 years old, so parts are hard to find.
