So disappointed and disgusted… I just went in to show them the brake light and turn signal I purchased from them and asked kindly if someone could come out and check what I need because I was clearly sold the wrong bulbs, and with an attitude, was told very rudely “I’m not coming out there in the pouring rain! If u want to pull right up to the door I’ll come out when I’m done with my orders” completely uninterested in helping me! I counted on someone helping me because I really don’t know much about cars but was helped in no such way! I got in my car and left! I will NEVER go back! I guess it’s Auto zone from now on!

I used to like this store, but it has become somewhat of a disorganized mess. At times, parts shown online to be in stock at this store are actually not. For uncommon parts, I would suggest calling the store to verify that they actually have the part you are looking for at the store before wasting a trip there.

I needed new windsheild wipers for my Jetta and asked a salesperson to find me a pair. Bought the ones the employee recommended. Once I got home my BF couldnt put them on my car becaise they were the wrong adapter? You had ONE job LOL. Returned them but didnt get new ones yet. Will buy there again, the staff is friendly and helpful, even if I got the wrong wipers. I should have just had them install the wipers for me and if there was an issue we would have known right then.
