I believe this store is only still open because they kept a lot of commercial accounts from when it was Spartan Automotive. I have been here a few times and they are very slow. They close earlier than other stores. Always seem to be short staffed. Please sell this old building to a company that can properly utilize the location.

CHUCK M. IS THE MAN TO SEE!! Chuck Montgomery went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I arrived at his store just seconds before closing time, not realizing the time. He was in the process of locking the door when I caught up and pleaded for just one more second. Thankfully, he granted my request. I had to intervene on behalf of my mother, who had received poor treatment from the services she had previously received at the store. She had paid a significant amount for these services. Chuck pulled up the information that was previously denied to my mother, including a receipt, and provided me with everything I needed within three minutes. I am extremely grateful to him for his excellent customer service. This experience made our hour and a half drive much more pleasant as we left the store. I hope others at this location can learn from Chuck Montgomery's example and improve their customer service skills, especially when dealing with customers who have already made full payments and are simply requesting a receipt. Thank you, Chuck!

Rudest Advanced I've ever been to. I had to argue with two employees who insisted I didn't know what I was talking about and insisted I couldn't buy a bushing and then the second employee also said they didn't I didn't know what I was talking about and then told the first employee just sell him a bushing insinuating that I don't know how to work a steel press. Danny caught an attitude and told me that yeah I have a steel press downstairs. I would never recommend this at Van shame on me for coming up here

I had the most amazing experience at this store! I went in to get my battery checked. A very helpful employee, Garrett, checked the battery, and it was fine. However, he noticed that it was a little loose. He asked me to park in front of the store, went and got his tools, and tightened the battery for me. I offered to pay for his services, and he would not let me. He was extremely friendly and helpful, and definitely went above and beyond.

Came in for a car battery for a hybrid that no other place had in town. Garret went out of his way to nail down the battery type and compatibility. I had the battery I needed in no time. Garret definitely exceeded any other parts guy I ever came across. Dude needs a promotion last week.
