Worst experience ever; they gave us the wrong part. They assumed back brakes when we came in to store and asked for assistance in finding (front) brakes for a replacement on our F-150 they handed us the wrong part and we get home and go to put them on and realized after we get the truck part off we come to find they have given us the wrong part. Every single time we go there they give us the wrong model part last time we went to their store we needed another part and they gave us the 4.6 L 2008 F-150 part we have the 4.2 L 2008 V6 F-150 they browse the computer see the first couple numbers and assume that they found the correct part that's all I can come up with it's the only logical reasoning I could come up with. Needless to say I will not recommend this store to anyone who has any automotive problems. I understand one mishap but this has happened multiple times. I figured that maybe that one employee messed up because I gave them the benefit of doubt once but this has happened twice with different employees. I will now go to O'Reilly's or AutoZone. Worst experience ever when you come home from work on your one day off and have this type of thing happen to you. I don't understand why they can't get it together here. But I want to give this zero stars but there is no capability to do so. This is ridiculous we have nothing but bad experiences here and will strongly recommend using anyone but them. There customer service is horrible too. I will be messaging corporate or calling one and having a talk with the manager when I go tomorrow. I haven't had a chance to work on the vehicle till now and the person I have selected to work on it because I don't have the ability to work on it because I don't have the tools to do so. I am going to have to pay them for their time and services twice now. I have to go to work in the morning and I have no vehicle to drive tomorrow because of this. Thanks for nothing such a waste of time. The employees have no knowledge of more than to punch in a model and select the part they see with similar first few numbers and that's stupid you have to read the part number all the way to the end. I'm so aggravated and I can't believe they have done this again. They need to use their head for more than a hatrack.

Came by after work to get my battery tested, it was dead so the guy checked to see if they had one in stock and they didn't but told me who did. I went to the Forest City store to buy one and the store manager told me she didn't have time to install my new battery. I called the Rutherfordton store and they told me to come back there and they'd do it for me. They were very sweet and professional and got my battery changed in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend this location!!!

Some of the best people work here!!! They go above and beyond for ya here! The lady manager came out in the freezing cold to help my husband and I with a headlight. She was awesome!! #wewillkeepcomingback

This morning, a guy without a badge with his name treated me very poorly. He told me that he is not a mechanic to inspect the parts of a car when I only needed him to look at the part to know which one I was going to order.
