Advance Auto Parts

I came to this location in a hurry looking for products and Luis, the associate, was very attentive even though he was helping other customers. He helped me with my purchase and directed me in the right direction for an item that was not in stock. I would recommend this place 100 out of 100 times for their exceptional customer service skills.

I needed wipers for my Subaru with weather coming to the mountains where we live. Jesse was very helpful in letting me select what would work best for my needs including some on sale and then installed them for me in just a few minutes. But then he went above and beyond and helped me with my license plate frame screws as they did not fit from the dealer and it's been bothering me the 6 months I've owned this car!

As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted. Employee Raul, not only got me what I was looking for, but asked me about my day and how I was doing. It felt as if I was talking to a long time friend. I will definitely always consider this store as my first stop for auto parts. I originally went to the Advance on Planz and Stine but they didn’t know how to look up a simple gasket. From the 3 advance stores in Bakersfield, I recommend this as your 1 and only stop. They have the parts you’re looking for and they actually know what they’re talking about.

I wanted to share my experience with Advance this is the auto parts store to go to in Bakersfield. Compared to Autozone and O’Reilly their customer service is 100% better. Just by couple of moments of walking in you feel welcomed and attend to your needs as a team. They give their attention to you to have a better experience and the guy that made that happen was Alejandro. Was greeted and helped for the parts I looking for. He went through each part they had and the differences between each company. Recommend coming and for sure will be coming back.
