This is the worst auto parts store in history they have no knowledge of anything but doing nothing and playing on there phone as a mechanic I must say this is the worst location in history to the average person you’ll think it’s good but to someone who has knowledge of cars and knows what they need and don’t need run away from this location I honestly don’t see how it’s still afloat

10 out of 10 customer service!! I’ve had bad experience at at other locations in the past, and frankly stopped going, but stopped in at Cleveland and Minnesota. a couple days ago and by chance was helped by Adam Jamar. He helped me get everything I needed with excellent customer service and even put in the battery I bought. Will definitely be returning to this advanced auto parts, hopefully he’ll be there again :)

Most of the time there are friendly helpful reps here. Occasionally some are slow to help. They are great when you get a knowledgeable rep!

Wouldn't even rate them a 1 star but have to choose 1. Rude service by guy named Adam no last name. Was trying to ask ?s about my order but because I couldn't word it correctly guy wanted to get rude an be a smart azz an got hung up on. Not cool considering I have spent thousands with advance but after my last order I will take my business along with family an friends elsewhere. The guy was very rude an you don't act like that with customer service. He should be trained properly how to speak to people or find a new job. I will be contacting the people who are higher up. Who knows they probably think it's a joke to everyone was laughing. I give this store a negative been to several advance stores around Ohio even in Southern states an never been treated like that.
