Adan Repair

Took my truck to them for a new steering box. They couldn’t find bolts for 9 months! What a mess! They took several of my parts off my truck and replaced with stock parts! I asked for them back, but nothing? I got my truck back with more issues than before! I had them pick it up from my house. They send a kid with no experience with a tow truck! He attended to my frame! My truck has a 10” lift. He pulled it flush with the deck putty my rear end 10’ in the air! Wtf? It bent my frame and bumper. I was charged $5000 for ruining my truck and stealing my parts! I’ve never seen a bigger clown show! I recommend you stay “FAR” away from this place!!!!

I can't thank Adan enough. He is a mechanic you can trust to do a good job. We (7 people, 3 dogs, 2 vehicles) were traveling through Kingman when the power steering/ brake system failed on our truck towing our toy hauler. My husband was able to get us safely off the road. We began the request for roadside assistance and late on a Monday afternoon in the 115 degree weather, no one was available. One person suggested calling Adan Repair. He showed up promptly and began diagnosing our problem. The power steering shaft had seized. He went for parts and when that didn't solve the problem. He helped us get our vehicles back to his repair shop and gave us an electrical hookup for the night so we were able to stay in our toy hauler (some went to close by hotel). In the morning, he quickly began the repair and got us back on the road without any other problems. I was positive I would need the emergency credit card to cover this type of unexpected repairs. But no, the bill was reasonable and I was able to cover it without a huge hit to the vacation budget. If you need an honest, knowledge and professional mechanic call Adan. I will keep Adan's number for any future mechanical problems.

They were honest that the part we bought wasn't the one we needed. We thought it was a power steering pump but it turns out it isn't a hydraulic system, but rather an electric one. They ran the diagnostic to make sure. They were fair and friendly. The only downfall is the drivers lounge. It has no TV, no water to drink and nothing to read. So it was kind of boring.

Whether you have a diesel or a gasoline car, this place is top notch! This shop is excellent to deal with and their mechanics are skilled in what they do. I own a 6.0 powerstroke and I won't take it anywhere else.

First off I want to say thank you to everyone who works here. And I am truly very sorry if I was short or rude to anyone, the whole experience for me was just depressing. However everyone at Adan’s was absolutely amazing from the tow to the shop mechanics and all the phone calls over the last 5 days! You are definitely the best shop/tow company I have ever Encountered. I can not say thank you enough for putting up with my crazy and my trucks.
