I don’t know if the guy I spoke to today was just having a horrible day, but I did not get the amazing service everyone else is talking about. Called to confirm the color and price of a part because it wasn’t listed online, price was literally listed as $call. Dude on the phone was so nasty that I honestly would’ve been annoyed if it had been the right color and I had to give him any money. The price was low, I’ll give them that. There just really wasn’t any reason to be so hateful, I didn’t ask him to go look at it or take any extra time out of his day, just asked if he happened to know the color code or VIN of the car since they had the whole vehicle. Response to the business response: The person I spoke to told me, and I quote: "If I were giving everyone color codes for parts I'd have to double the price I charge" so I don't know what to tell you. As far as giving people exactly what they want, literally all I wanted was to not be treated like a piece a shit for calling to ask how much a hood cost and confirm the color. Appreciate all your concern though, god forbid you apologize that someone didn't get treated like a human being when they called your business. I've called half a dozen junkyards and parts shops this week about hoods and no one else felt the need to be awful so it doesn't seem like a ME problem.

The owner is tremendously nice and straightforward about car knowledge, which I truly appreciated, especially as a woman. It's not always easy to find someone in the auto industry who is honest and reliable, but ACL Auto Parts exceeded my expectations. They have a very organized operation going on, great service. I was in and out in like 30 minutes. They pulled the parts, very knowledgeable, quick, Super nice service. Everything fit and worked perfectly. Glad I found them, if they have the part they got you covered.
