I found this place on Used Car Parts. Com. while searchng a few months for a used trailer hitch. The hitch had been on the site since at least Oct. 2024. I called once about 2 months ago but was told they would have to call me back....that never happened. So I was, "eh, it's 2 hrs away, I'll find one closer." Well, I didn't find one, so I go to Used Car Parts Com.again and lo and behold it's still listed there. Made a call to them and was told they had it, it was $75. They will pull after I get there and pay for it. Now I drive 2 hours one way, get there, was shown photo of donor vehicle, pay for the hitch assembly and was told it would be 2 hours for them to get it. Oh, just great! Wasted time and gas in Tampa traffic B.S. for just over 2 hrs. They close at 4 on Saturdays so along comes 3:30 with no call. I return to be told they couldnt find the vehicle it was on, that it must have been crushed. If anyone is counting here that is...2 hrs to get there, 2 hrs+ wait time with a 2 hour drive home (along with the torture of city traffic, waste of gas and of course throw in the cost of lunch). I was returned my payment by a smiley, giggly girl and was sent on my way. As one would imagine I was one very, very unhappy customer with a list of chores neglected for this bogus trip. The only good thing that came out of that ordeal was finding Krispy Kreme and procuring 2 dozen glazed to call my own. (We don't have them here in Sebring.) Sad to say those 2 dozen are down to 5. Haha! Yummo!

The Salesman, JAY, was a HUGE help. Went above and beyond to find my parts and gave me a very fair price. Will definitely be doing business with this young man again. 10/10 employee.

Don’t bother calling they won’t pickup. I get there and they’re just sitting at the window while phone is ringing. Very rude disrespectful I waited 30 min at the window before anyone acknowledged me

Save yourself your time and sanity and go somewhere else this place is shady,there customer service is horrible and a simple part that involves 2 Phillips head screws only will take 3 hours to pull.
