I enjoy this location. Staff is always so nice. They are 100 percent fair and honest, I believe. I thought I had an alignment issue, and they had recently done one on my car, and when I called to inform them, they told me to come in, and they would check it out at no cost ! I thought that was really awesome! No, Hassel or drama happens here. Clean location, and they offer a free tire air pump on the side of the building if you need air who doesn't love free?! Also they will do an estimate for you if you need something and try to find the best deal they can do i do believe they go above and beyond for customers and I'll continue to use this location in the future thanks for being welcoming and awesome!

We have been using Powell AAA auto shop for years. I cannot say how great they are. I was driving home from work and got a flat tire. I was able to make it to the AAA auto shop in Powell. It was later in the evening and the shop was closed so I had to leave my car there. I called the next day and Zach said they would work me in to see what was wrong with my tire. It turned out it was unrepairable. But Zach spoke with my husband about what the options were. He spent so much time with us. When I went to pick up the car Matt was there and he too was so kind and helpful. They have amazing customer service!!!

Incorrectly charged tax during the tax holiday. Tried to point it out and have refunded. Given misinformed excuses and argued with. Ignorant of the tax laws, they did not bother to verify that the customer might have been correct, just continued to reject attempts to explain. I was sent an email from a competing garage advertising they could provide services tax free. Since I needed work done on one of our cars, I took it to AAA Powell location, where I have been a loyal customer for years. Not the competitor that was smart enough to try to capitalize on the sales tax holiday. I wished I had gone to the competitior. I will from now on. What I still can not understand is why they argued with me so vigorously over something that wasn’t coming out of their own pocket. I will do their job for them and file the form to get my refund from the State. Maybe they can use the $48 they got over not refunding to spend towards trying to attract a new customer. Keeping a loyal one would have been a lot easier.

The battery in my Subaru would barely crank the engine to get started this morning. So I knew either my battery was almost dead or the alternator wasn't charging it. I had appointments all morning . I called Zach at AAA Powell and he told me to bring it when I got done. I brought it in and they checked the battery and alternator and it was the battery for sure. They popped in a new battery and I was on my way just like that. Fast and friendly no attitude service. 5 stars for sure. Thanks Zach
