My AC was giving fan at the start of summer. It got worse in the middle of the first heatwave and A1 was able to fix it for me same day! They said I may need a jacket in my car now and they weren’t wrong lol thanks A1 😎☃️🥶

These guys are really great. I have been here (sadly) numerous times and: 1) they have never pressured me into getting additional work done that I didn't need right that second by scaring me into having it done (ahem...Stevens Creek Audi, I am looking at you); 2) they sent me to the dealership when they knew something my car needed was covered by the manufacturer, even though I was at the shop and ready to get the work done there; and 3) they charge approximately half of what the dealership charges, but they still know their s**t about these cars. As a girl who gets slightly hysterical over car problems but knows very little about cars, I am ever so appreciative.

We reserved a uhaul for moving day and they informed us that "it wasn't available." They had a van available, but he wanted to leave by 2:30 and told us the computer would take "40 minutes" to boot up and that there was nothing he could do. Would highly recommend against using this service.

You know I took a chance on this place. The reviews (here and on yelp) aren't very good, so I wanted to share my absolutely hassle free experience. Everyone was pretty friendly, the price was fair, and the truck was really clean. Their gas pumps weren't working yet, but there's a Sunoco right on humboldt and meeker maybe 3 blocks away. Sure the place itself isn't much to look at, but you're not having a wedding here, you're picking up a u-haul! If it's the closest u-haul to you, ignore the other reviews, these guys are fine.
