Office entrance is terrible cramped and greeted by there big family dog. No computers, office phone, very poor lighting. Rude customer service. Here is my experience: March 2022 I walked in Jim's son was on his cellphone three men in office and i was forced to hear him talk for 6 minutes because the other two seemed incompetent to answer my question regarding my vehicle. When he is off call I proceed with my visit on my vehicle he asked which car make ect? Upon that he told me this morning it was sent to scrapes i got $300 for it now you are out $1,800. I asked for receipt of outstanding amount he could not provide it. Consider yourself warned

Driver was very nice but I sat out in 106 degree heat for 4 hours waiting for him to show up. Thought I was going to have a heat stroke, dizzy and sick. They were dispatched through AAA roadside and when I tried to call to find out when they were coming I got put on hold for 1 1/2 hours. Nobody ever answered!

Got stuck in the mud yesterday and their number struck me as easy to remember (688-8888) so I gave them a call. Well, the tow truck got to me in like 25 minutes and had me out of the mud soon after. No damage to my car either!

Professional service and DEPENDABLE.. Definitely WAY BETTER than "Action Towing" - who didn't show up after more than 40min! Pickup location was less than 3mi away... ACTION's people didn't even think to Notify of their Cancellation! (had to call ourselves to find out what happened) PREMIER is the right place to use, in Tulare!
