Big Brand Tires was recommended to me by a colleague about 7 years ago and I've been a customer ever since. First it was a lift, wheels, and tires installed on my Tacoma then, a few years later, the same work done to a new Trail Boss I had just purchased. Most recently, I went in to get those tires on my Trail Boss swapped out with some fresh rubber along with alignment and an oil change. These guys do an excellent job every single time.

Can’t complain about the service. Very helpful at the counter, made reasonable offers of others services. Felt like I got my moneys worth from the work. Didn’t have to wait long. Definitely will be going back with my other vehicles

My daughter was in the middle of a 12-hour drive home from college for the holidays when she got a tire pressure notification. Concerned, she pulled off the freeway and checked her tire pressure, which was low. Thankfully, there happened to be a tire shop right across the street. She drove over and went inside, where she was initially told that everyone was on their lunch break and she’d need to wait for someone to return. However, an employee named Frankie overheard and volunteered to help her during his lunch break. He inspected her tire thoroughly and couldn’t find a hole or any obvious issue. Instead of giving up, Frankie went above and beyond to figure out the problem. He eventually discovered that a manufacturer sticker, which should have been removed during the original installation, was causing the issue. Frankie fixed the tire, didn’t charge her a penny, and sent her safely on her way. As a mom, I can’t express how grateful I am for Frankie’s kindness, professionalism, and willingness to step up when my daughter needed help. It’s comforting to know there are people like him out there who truly care. I can’t recommend this tire shop—and Frankie—enough! Thank you for making her long drive home safer and less stressful.

I brought my car in for a free inspection and received it in a damaged condition. My door handle was broken and they insisted that I brought it in that way, which is impossible because I would have noticed. Unfortunately, I did not take a picture before the incident and they are denying of any wrong doing. I'm very upset they are denying any responsibility especially because the other piece of my door handle was on their property.

Great experience here all the workers were super helpful, explained everything in great detail. Frankie did such a great job. He even fixed mistakes that were made from a different tire shop. Helped out so much having things fixed without having me ask him. Best place to come for your car needs, definitely should ask for Frankie.
