A One Automotive Repair

I have been taking my vehicles to Vitale @ AONE for years. He is an honest guy, who will take the time to explain and show you what work was done/ old parts. Theyve worked on my sprinter van, ford vans, prius. Finding a mechanic that actually understands diesel engines, and knows how to work on older cars, can be more difficult than you would think. Thankful for the team at A One!

One of the worst experience ever. I came from Canada, my car was broken in Burlington I googled this garage by chance. After waiting the repair he has charged me for a small part (found on google for 37$ from the first search) charged me 150$ when asked him why he said I have a better quality so he charged 4 times more. That’s beside his unwelcoming attitude. Do never recommend this garage.

They got me in right away but communication is so poor! I had 2 keep calling them. They don't call when my jeep was done, or a part came in, or give me an estimate for more work that needed 2 be done. Also They park your vehicle on the street & if you get a ticket, they just pay it. You don't even know you have a violation. I received a late notice a month later. I figured out it was when my vehicle was there. They paid it but still pissed me off cuz I've never had a parking ticket before.

I’ve been to just about every mechanic in the area and can confidently say this one is the best. It’s no wonder why they’re always so busy! Honest service, and worth whatever the cost. When Vitalie does work on my vehicles I know it’s gonna come out fixed and reliable. I won’t go to any other shop in Burlington again.
