A Micciche Auto Parts Introduce

A Micciche Auto Parts, located at 103 NJ-73, Voorhees Township, NJ 08043, USA, operates within the "Auto Repair Stations" platform category, though its primary function appears to be as a supplier of used and recycled auto parts. This distinguishes it from typical repair shops that primarily offer labor and new parts. For inquiries regarding parts availability, you can contact them at (856) 767-4460 or +1 856-767-4460.

Environment and Business Model

As a supplier of used auto parts, A Micciche Auto Parts likely operates as an auto salvage yard or a parts distributor that sources from dismantled vehicles. The environment would typically involve a yard where vehicles are stored for stripping, and a warehouse or counter area for customers to inquire about and purchase parts. The focus of such a business is on providing cost-effective alternatives to new auto parts, appealing to mechanics and DIY enthusiasts looking for more affordable repair solutions. The business model revolves around the recycling and resale of functional components from salvaged vehicles, making it an environmentally conscious option for auto repair.

Services and Products Offered

A Micciche Auto Parts primarily offers used or recycled auto parts for a variety of vehicle makes and models. Based on the customer reviews, specific products they supply include:

  • Wheel Hubs: A critical component that allows the wheel to spin freely and is crucial for vehicle safety.

  • Knuckles (Steering Knuckles): Also known as spindle supports, these are integral parts of the steering and suspension system, connecting the wheel hub, braking system, and suspension components.

  • Associated Components with Knuckles: As one review indicates, when purchasing a knuckle, they may also provide accompanying parts such as the hub bearing, heat shield, ball joint, and sensor, which can be a significant value for customers.

Beyond these specific examples, a typical used auto parts supplier would stock a wide range of components, including:

  • Engine and Transmission Components: Complete engines, transmissions, and individual parts.

  • Body Panels: Fenders, doors, hoods, trunks, bumpers.

  • Interior Parts: Seats, dashboards, consoles, trim pieces.

  • Electrical Components: Alternators, starters, wiring harnesses, control modules.

  • Suspension and Steering Parts: Control arms, struts, shocks, power steering pumps.

  • Braking System Components: Calipers, master cylinders.

The service involves identifying the correct used part for a customer's vehicle, often through an inventory system, and ensuring it is in "good condition" for resale. They aim to provide parts that are functional and ready for installation, offering a cost-effective alternative to new, more expensive components.

Features and Customer Experience

The customer reviews present a mixed picture of A Micciche Auto Parts' features and customer experience. On the positive side:

  • Cost-Effectiveness: A significant feature is the ability to provide parts at a much lower cost than new components. One customer highlighted paying $100 for a knuckle assembly (including hub bearing, heat shield, ball joint, and sensor) when a bare knuckle alone at Autozone was $380, indicating substantial savings.

  • Availability of Assemblies: The willingness to provide a "everything" (e.g., a knuckle with all its associated components) is a valuable feature, saving customers the trouble and additional cost of sourcing individual parts separately.

However, the negative review highlights critical issues regarding product quality and customer service, which are significant features of their operation:

  • Part Quality Concerns: A serious concern raised is about the quality assurance of the parts. A customer reported receiving a "bad part" (wheel hub) that led to a tire detachment shortly after installation, despite being told the part was "in good condition" and "mechanic check." This suggests a potential lack of thorough inspection or quality control on some items.

  • Warranty Adherence Issues: The company's website reportedly states a "90-day warranty," but a customer experienced significant difficulty and unresponsiveness when trying to claim an exchange for a faulty part under this warranty. This suggests a potential gap between stated policy and actual practice.

  • Unprofessional Customer Service: The negative review explicitly mentions "unprofessional" behavior, including hanging up on a customer trying to resolve a warranty issue. This indicates poor post-sales support and a lack of accountability, which can severely impact customer trust and satisfaction.

Therefore, while the appeal of cost savings is clear, potential customers should be aware of the reported inconsistencies in part quality and the challenges faced when seeking warranty claims or customer support. This suggests that thorough inspection of parts upon purchase and clear communication regarding warranty terms and resolution processes are crucial when dealing with this vendor.

Promotional Information

Explicit promotional information for A Micciche Auto Parts is not available in the provided text, beyond the mention of a "90-day warranty" on their website. Generally, businesses dealing in used auto parts promote themselves through:

  • Cost Savings: Their primary appeal is the significantly lower price point compared to new OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or aftermarket parts.

  • Availability: Promoting their extensive inventory of parts for various makes and models, especially for older or less common vehicles where new parts might be hard to find.

  • Environmental Benefit: Highlighting the eco-friendly aspect of recycling auto parts, appealing to environmentally conscious consumers.

  • Warranties: Offering limited warranties (like the mentioned 90-day warranty) to provide some level of assurance to customers, though the adherence to this warranty might vary based on customer experience.

Customers interested in sourcing parts from A Micciche Auto Parts should directly contact them to inquire about specific part availability, pricing, and to get a clear understanding of their warranty terms and return policy. It is advisable to clarify the condition of the parts and the exact process for any potential warranty claims before making a purchase, especially given the contrasting customer experiences.

A Micciche Auto Parts Customer Reviews

I recently got a wheel hub and other part from this company. I was told the parts was in good condition and that the mechanic check. I guess that was incorrect because my tire came off on 295 the cause of it was bad parts that I got from this company… the part was installed in the afternoon the tire came off around 7 at night.. the tires were on tight and check, you can tell the stubs was tight because there gone if they wasn’t tight I would have 5 stubs that’s broken with some of the stubs still there … I hate when companies don’t own up to there mistakes and especially if your website says it have a 90 day warranty.. and when I called they were so unprofessional and end the call on me. It’s not like I want my money back I was trying see if they can exchange the part since it’s under warranty but this is a dishonest company that doesn’t hold up to there fine print… so unprofessional…. Can see from their reply how unprofessional this company is…. Call only last for a minute then they hang up

They came thru for me with a knuckle I needed after using an impact and cracking the ball joint housing , they gave me everything. The hub bearing, heat shield, ball joint and sensor . An amazing deal because autozone wanted 380 for bare knuckle and I only payed 100 . Thank you .

They sell you parts with a warranty but don’t mention the 25% restocking fee if you need to return a bad part, this is a clear scam, beware of buying here.

Thank you a million times Anthony and staff. From the pain in the butt pet groomer in PA. Without your help I would not be able to get my mobile dog van fixed! Thanks so much!
