Absolutely amazing experience with this business. We got a flat on a rental car on the way to PA from OH. No spare so we limped to A&A. Scott tried to patch it, but the side wall got shredded while driving from the freeway, so he had to replace it. He called every shop in the area, finally finding a tire in Willoughby Hills, almost 50 miles away. His wife drove there and back to get us the tire, dropping us (me, my wife, our 7 y/o, and my mom) off at a restaurant to kill time while she made the trip, also picking us up and taking us back to the shop on her way back. If not for them, we’d still be along the road waiting for the useless rental car company to send us a replacement. Its hard to imagine better customer service or more thoughtful people. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Owner, or at least I believe it was the owner, just saved our Labor Day trip. On our way from Cleveland to New Hampshire, we picked up a nail in our tire. I called and was told to come right in, luckily we were less than a mile away. The gentleman couldn't have been nicer and had us in and out within 15 minutes! Would recommend to my grandmother.
