I took my car in for new brakes, pads, and rotors all the way around. Adam called me and asked why I thought I needed new brakes? I was told that I should change my brakes when I got an oil change at another shop. My brakes were 70 percent good. So he rotated the tires, and I was very happy. Another place probably would have just changed them. Tanner, Karen, and Adam, the mechanic who called me, were very friendly and professional. I recommend this place very highly.

Let me put it this way, if they can't figure it out you're going to be in for trouble. They always look out for you and try to get you the best prices on parts that are needed. No run around, straight forward and honest. Shop techs are wizards, reception is very friendly. They can fix it, smog, and generalge get it done. They figured out my wife's AC when the techs at the dealership couldn't. They've helped me out immensely on more then 1 occasion when I couldn't resolve the problem. There's a reason why they are rated so high, because they are good.

Over the course of like 4 months, I had taken my Chevy equinox to multiple auto shops, including a Chevy dealership mechanic. No one was able to figure out what was wrong with it. A-1 Automotive was the last shop I brought it to, and within just a few hours, Adam had it figured out and fixed! It has been running smooth since. Would highly recommend this business! They know what they are doing!
