I called Eric at 928 to schedule a full service for my Honda Talon. I was sent to voicemail so I left a detailed message. After not getting a call back, I called again the next day and Eric answered and immediately told me he was busy and would call me back in a few minutes. He never did. After about six hours I called yet again and Eric finally scheduled my service for Wednesday night. He said to drop it off anytime Wednesday and pick it up anytime Thursday. I arrived with my Honda Wednesday at 3pm and was told they have no parts for my service and had no idea when they could even hat them. To make matters worse, the kid at the counter said they didn’t even have me on the schedule. During all of this, my cousin called and left Eric a message to get some work done on his SxS and has never received a return call. As you can imagine, I am done with 928 Power Sports. I’ve never had to try so hard to spend my money!!!

928 Powersports is our first choice , here in the valley. They DO what they say they'll do. They're knowledgeable and have been very helpful with questions about our SxS. It can take some time for an appointment, so so it's not always easy to find a spot instantly, on the schedule. Plan accordingly.
