I recently had an excellent experience at 520 Motors in Tucson, Arizona. I was in town for six weeks from Florida and needed a reliable used vehicle. After finding a van they had for sale, the dealership was completely upfront, letting me know they had just purchased it from auction and didn't have much information about it yet. The van was super clean and ran great initially. However, a day after the purchase, the engine light came on. When I called them, they immediately offered to check it out. They ran a diagnostic, which showed some sensor codes, and right away, they gave me two options: let them try to repair the issue or get my money back. I liked the van, so I decided to give them a chance to fix it. They recommended driving it for a few days to see how it performed, and unfortunately, the engine light came back on. Once again, they gave me the option for a refund or a second chance at fixing it. They replaced the transmission sensors and asked me to test it for a few more days. When the light returned, the dealership remained completely honest and, with great integrity, gave me a full refund. I was thoroughly impressed by their customer service, honesty, and willingness to do the right thing throughout the entire process. I bought a 2006 Dodge Caravan from this place while I was on vacation I live in Kentucky 1700 miles I drove That van back no problems. It did wonderful on gas and it did not use any oil when I come back out there in a few months for another vacation. I plan on buying another vehicle if they have one that I like.

They were very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with the car I got and they came got it right away. It was raining and I had my kids with me the gentleman who came and got it waited for our ride let us sit in the car til it came before he took it. The team there is amazing. I will definitely go back for another car.

Went to buy the 03 dodge Dakota. I knew there would be some problems because it’s an older truck. It was in decent condition for the year and I was ready to buy it. Took it to my mechanic and had a list of things that needed to be done like radiator, brakes 4 new tires plus multiple leaking areas and such that would eventually need to be done. They said that was already why they had lowerd the price by $600 and the gentleman I dealt with was nice and understanding and willing to lower it down an additional 500 for me. I still couldn’t afford it especially knowing all the work would need to be done to it. So when I approached the lady with my list of things she argued with me angrily about how he didn’t have the authority to lower the price that much in the first place and said my list was ridiculous and is normal with the age of the truck. I understand the price I was asking was low. However there’s no need to insult someone coming to buy a car from you, especially one that still needs this much work. The things will still need to be fixed either by them or by me. I do not recommend this dealership after my encounter with this specific lady. She doesn’t care about her customers or the quality of car she’s selling.
