I was refered to this place to get the window tinted on a BRAND NEW vehicle. I called and made an appointment, I told the guy I needed it done by 2:45 because I had to pick my son from school at 3. He said it was fine. I dropped it off at 10. I called at 1:20 to see if it was done and he tells me they are taking it back now. I get there at 2:45. He doesn't bring it out until 3:15. I first notice that the windshield strip is croocked and a corner piece is lifted. I look to the back and at the bottom of the windows can see straight daylight out. I called and let him know. He tells me that they've had problems with the tint but I can take it back and they will fix it. I take back. He "fixes" the problem. The vehicle is parked for a week, due to not being able to roll down the windows, and don't want to take that chance. I get in after a week and notice that the driver window has a strip of bubbles from one end to the other, about 3 inches thick. I proceed to look at all the other windows and there's bubbles in all of them, including the back window. I give him the benefit of the doubt. Wait a month and nothing seems to change. I call him and let him know that I was not happy and wanted a refund. He wants me to take it in so he can "look at it" I take it in and he tries to tell me they are water bubbles. I said after a month? And he tries to say yes. He then brings out a girl to look at it. I show her my concerns and they ask me to give them a minute. They come back out and want to fix just one window and still trying to tell me that the front window is bubbles. I just want my refund and for them to take off the tint and I'm very pushy on it. I explain that I should not of had to even gone back twice to have it fixed. And I show her all the other windows and she tells me "looks like it's dirt under the tint" I said i just want a refund and I'm going to take it somewhere else. I said you can take off the tint and give me my money back. I said I found someone else who will do the tint. She tells me "we charge to take off the tint" I said another place said they would charge me $80.00 to take off the tint so if you guys will charge me less then that I will pay you. The guy asks me to give them another minute. They came back out and just decided to give me a full refund. I asked the guy to send me a copy of the receipt and he goes on to say he doesn't know how. The girl gets the phone and then sends it to me. She was very nice and understanding but the guy there was total opposite.

Bubbles are starting to form 5 months after getting it done, took them way too long to get it done, got my car back around 7 after dropping it early morning. I rather just get it re done somewhere else. Third picture I took the day after the tint job, I was told it’d go away in 2 weeks; fourth picture is what it looks like today 😐. Save ur money and time go someone else

Well, let me start off by saying I had a couple of hiccups, but it was handled, and my front windshield came out great, and I love it ! thanks again for the great work and also for handling our situation. Would definitely recommend this shop for your window tinting needs, etc 🙏🏾
