So today we were driving to my moms and got an immediate fat tire as I turned the corner... I have to give the BIGGEST shout out and THANK YOU to James @495_responsellc who happened to be standing there when we pulled over. Without hesitation he came over & offered to help us right away! And thank god he was there to help because we had no idea how to do certain things with the new trucks spare tire and jack! So so thankful for people like this!!!

If James is ever following you on the road and asks you to pull over, you should. I had the fortune of being in front of him on Christmas eve when he flagged me down to warn me about a flattened tire. Mind you I had no idea he was a mechanic until he pulled out a pump and offered to inflate it for me. Then when it didn't inflate he pulled out a jack from his car and put on my donut as an early Christmas gift (again, to a random person he pulled over out of duty). All the while he showed me what was wrong (with all my tires) because unlike some other auto places he seems to value educating his clients about their cars and general upkeep (stuff I should know, but don't). Bottom line: He's a good guy who wants to help period. Because of him I made it home for Christmas and now I'm replacing all my tires. Thank you!!!

This is literally the best place by far. During this whole pandemic there only ones that can truly help. I went out and got my own stereo and I do not know how to install it in to my vehicle at all until I came across 495 Response. I gave them a call and they were able to help not only they were able to install my aftermarket stereo but they were able to offer me a payment plan during this pandemic. This is one company by far that I highly recommend to everyone for all your automotive needs. They are truly by far the top automotive specialist. The website actually does say all they stand by their word and they totally keep their promises and they really go to every extent to get the job done just to make a customer happy. They really do work with the customer and not have a customer work for them.
