My first review ever this place is so unprofessional. I got my windows done 4 month ago and started bubbling up with two. I came back to get it redone and the lady try to weasel her way out of it and charge me and extra 60. I manage to get them redone and made an appointment 4 hours later in still waiting. I highly recommend any other shop and if you do come here save your receipt and prepare to came back to get them redone.

Very bad experience with this place. Took in my Ford Explorer for them to replace the front window. They left the mirror loose, they broke my side clips on the side of the window and tried covering up by gluing it. Left glue all over the window. I had to take the car back multiple times for them to fix their mistake. I hAd to take it to ford to repair the window and ended up spending more money. Do not go to this place.

We came here to get our sun roof fixed, and the men who worked here were extremely rude and did not want to help us at all. When we went inside there was a young man playing video games, who I assumed was another a customer, because he was dressed casually and was sitting by the entrance instead of behind the desk. I pushed their service button at the desk and nothing happened. We were waiting for almost 10 mins for someone to help us, and no one came to talk to us or even say hello. I assumed the button was broken so I went outside to ask one of the workers for help. He seemed very irritated with me and asked why I didn't push the service button. I informed him I did, and he asked why I didn't ask the man sitting playing games for help, I told him I didn't know he was a worker because he ignored us the entire time. So this man said he would help us and asked what was wrong. I told him we were referred by one of their customers who said they could fix the glass for our sun roof. The man didn't even look at our truck, he just said they "don't do that." I'm never going here ever again.
