This owner is crook I'd seriously advise you to look elsewhere for car care. I brought my car in they said I needed a new head gasket $2300 was paid and they installed it. Took them 5 weeks to get the work done. I ended up losing my job because I couldn't make all my shifts and 3D said they couldn't give me a loner. The owner just said hes sorry and his excuse was only 2 guys there can do engine work. Finally got the car back after 5 weeks. When I came to pick up my car the windows were down and it had rained in my car. 3D said "it's just a little moisture nothing to write home about". Completely careless and unprofessional. After leaving my car ran for 3 days before shutting down on me. It shut down in a danger zone had to call the police for assistance. Told the officer the story of what I had been going through with 3D the officer advised I should sue. I call 3D tell them the car shut off they send a tow. Days later they tell me my engine turned and oil spilled all over the place and now I need a new engine. I called 3 mechanics to ask for pricing and told them what 3D said. All 3 mechanics said 3D is ripping me off and I should sue. They said first for my engine to turn and spill oil they didnt place in correctly after doing the head gaske also If I get a new engine I'd be getting a new head gasket as well so they would essentially double charging me for the head gasket and they should've known that to begin with and never even touched the head gasket and just replaced the engine from the start. After learning this I decided to take my car else where. So I call a tow to get my car and 3D says they won't release my car because they towed my car previously so I owe them $150. First they never once discussed a bill with me and secondly for the trouble, job loss and money lost working with this shop the audacity of them to charge me for that tow. This experience has been absolutely asine. I will be suing I have witnesses and proof I will be bringing a certified mechanic to court.

This place is an amazing place! I was a student at NUHS and give students a small discount which is helpful. They’re always busy but they get your car in and out pretty quickly. I would recommend anyone to bring their vehicles to them because they will take care of you and not charge you a lot of money. Staff is very nice and knowledgeable as well!

Horrible experience !!! Took in for oil change never had problems with vehicle . 68k miles on car 6months of hell !!! Misdiagnosed As far as I’m concerned they ruined vehicle & the mechanics are not professional . Loose oil caps …ruined my front end . Ruined computer stretched wires & motor mounts Mike knew the mechanics misdiagnosed & says he replaced computer for free but car is still making noise. Back up camera not working . Offered to repair but I have no faith in them . I’ve been thoroughly disgusted for a place in business for 20 again. Every time i go there it’s $800 plus & some new problem with my car While they were supposed to be repairing my Car I called because I wanted grab a few things out of my vehicle & found out they were storing my car somewhere else was told by Wally I don’t need to know where it’s at …it’s secure !!! Turns out when they have too much work or cars waiting for parts your vehicle gets brought Glenbard Auto body Vehicle has stalled twice since they have worked on it & i still don’t know if it’s safe Take your vehicle there at your own risk Very Disappointed
