My over the phone experience was great. The service I received when I dropped my car off was excellent. The after was not great at all to say the least. The young man who helped me stated that I would be called when my car was finished. I was not.... When I returned to pick up my vehicle it was left unattended and unlocked. I was told the amount I had to pay + plus tax prior to pick up, but was then told something different once I picked up my vehicle. The man who greeted me upon my return was less that pleasant. He gets a 0 for customer service. I guess you can say you get what you pay for. Also,I had some concerns about the installation of my window which were brushed off. I will be taking my car to get a second opinion about the window installation. As I do not feel safe with the install. I planned to return and give more of my business to this establishment. Sadly that will NEVER happen!

I went in for a windshield repair and got my adas system completely disabled after I was assured multiple times the price included calibration. Upon taking the car back when I noticed lane assist wasn't working (rain sensing does not work either) and speaking to the mechanic, he told me they didn't even do calibrations there. I took this to the gentleman that works reception who attended me to begin with (and falsely claimed calibration was included) he then told me they don't calibrate there, and they don't have to because they actually didn't disconnect anything... ??? Pardon but wasn't the windshield completely removed from the part of the car that attaches to it and the sensors, I don't understand how it wasn't disconnected... On a better note, prices are actually super reasonable if you are just looking for a cosmetic solution which is why I did recommend this place to a close friend who was ALSO told windshield would be calibrated * they took their vehicle in around the same time i did so i was not able to warn them about the issues i was having. They might've changed their tune since then and stopped claiming calibration could be done there at least I hope they have had I been given that disclaimer I would have paid the amount needed to get it properly done somewhere else. Now I may need to have it replaced again to get the sensors back up.

They were quick and super nice & the issue with them not having the part to my car was quickly resolved by me running & getting the part. This was because it's freezing & I needed it fixed same day.

I stopped by to get a quote for a new window. I was not expecting it to be replaced on the same day but to my surprise the guys had a replacement in stock for my car :) Very happy they were able to fix it the same day. Everyone was very nice, very professional and clean.
