The receptionist recognized we were in a time crunch and worked to get our class B in for repairs ASAP. This business is a top-shelf RV/classic car storage facility with a fully equipped repairs division. It was obvious the place is now UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. All the employees are pleasant and clearly give a darn -- working as a customer-focused team. The GM gave me a quick tour of the facility and the tech updated me on his progress every 90 minutes or so. At one point he invited me under the lift to guide me through an important repair decision. They were able to fabricate a new bracket for my undercarriage house battery and repaired damaged electrical cables. We were grateful to be on our way so quickly and highly recommend this outfit.

Had a problem crop up on our 45' motorhome and 24/7 was able to get us in within a few hours and fixed our Oasis hydronic system in just a couple of hours for a reasonable price. Everyone we met, including the technician, was personable and friendly.

Dishonest, shady, do not purchase from this retailer. We drove from WA to see them. Sara was our contact, and didn't give exact on the Nexus 36D Red custom paint VIN #3HAEVMML8SL217304 She gave me her phone number said call anytime. Had a trade in but she never disclosed the amount. When we arrived she was pleasant. But still did not disclose the trade in amount. 7.9% financing and walkthru showed discrepancy with two smaller cell batteries for this kind of rig. We drove away asking for response on trade in and financing. Sara said she would get back to us. Ghosted on the GHOST! BEWARE!!!!! RIG WAS REMOVED FROM SITE AND NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY'S EMAIL EITHER AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPS!!!!! TONY????? ANYONE!!!!! GOOD BYE!!!!

Avoid - replaced AC unit on the roof - three strikes: - Did not seal - rain leaking through unit - delivered RV with flat tire, pointed me to Tires plus down the street stating they were unable to fix a flat tire - someone left a very unpleasant surprise in the toilet

This is the worst company you can ever take your motorhome to get fixed to get in for a diagnostic check. They said it was completed. They fixed what they said was wrong with it after a bill for almost $3500 with a week it breaks down again. Take the motorhome back in to get it rechecked to let them know what’s going on. They’re saying that it’s a new issue that happened and now they want $1600 to get that fixed, I will not recommend this company to nobody the worst service ever. Mr. Fred has the worst customer service ever very rude hung up the phone on me after I told him to allow me to speak just like I allow him to speak. do not recommend this place to no one, and I will be following a complaint with a Better Business Bureau .
