My Jeep came up with an engine light and took it in for a repair. They diagnosed and repaired. Few weeks later the engine light appeared again took it in and now there was another repair that was needed. Then again after the fix the engine blew towed it to 209 and now I need a new engine. I will not take any of my vehicles there again.

This was such a pleasant experience. You drive through into the garage and they replace the oil while you stay inside your car. It took less than 15 minutes to be finished. All the employees I interacted with were polite and professional.

This is by far the most accurate description of the entire situation. I dropped my car off for an inspection. I call back a week or so later asking what did they find on my car. The guy on the phone gives me a list of things that needed attention. Him and I discussed a plan to order parts and get my inspection up to code and date. 2 months elapsed and I call them after being told multiple times I’d be called back on pricing. I sure didn’t receive a response from them in the 2 months wasted. When I call the guy was still clueless as to what was happening with my car. I went in person to pick up my vehicle. I demanded to get my car back to do it myself. The lady at the front desk had the nerve to say I had an attitude with her because she saw my cars file and wanted to help but where was that help 2 months ago. I ignored her concern and told her I wanted my car back firmly. This shop can only handle one and done operations. Nothing more than a pop up shop. No projects of any kind can be handled by them.

Been going here for years. Remember the dad and now son Eric. Car work is great. Everything is just so exciting now it's not there fault but if parts are up 30,% and store make there products just a bit and we make the same it's hard to sustain. Love this shop. They took care of my son's first car just 2 weeks ago.
