In November they say they replaced the whole cooling system. They charged me $2,000. A little over a month later I had an antifreeze leak again. They said there was only a month warranty and tried to blame it on my tires saying they are too big for my Jeep. (Keep in mind that I have had large tires on my Jeep for over 3 years with absolutely no problems). Now my check engine light is on. I took it to auto zone and it say I need to replace the whole cooling system. They screwed me over. Now I have to take it to yet again another mechanic. Don’t come here if you are female and want to get screwed over. Yeah I took the Jeep on a light trail. If a light trail and if a light trail is going to mess up the work your business supposedly did on it... goes to show what quality of work you guys provide, You haven't offered to even take another look at it. And yes one of your workers blamed it on the tires maybe have a conversation with one of them. also, I'm not too sure who you are talking about naming the people you did. You obviously don't know much about vehicles to understand that this jeep is known for going over 400,000 miles on the odometer. I did contact your business and you guys stated that it was over the one-month warranty. Once again Do NOT Come Here!

In November I brought my car here for a tune up along with a brake job and I have had no problems at all with the parts installed and the customer service was great. Today I had a check engine light stopped by and a young gentleman that I had not received his name was so nice to clear the code and inform me about the service they can get done on it if it comes back. A Great job to you all, thank you!!

Greg and his shop had to get my truck after don chalmers did a less than okay job and a lot of frustration and it was the first time being at a mechanic shop where I didn’t feel like they were just telling me whatever to get me to do the job, he explained what was actually wrong with my truck from the beginning and what would be needed to get it fixed, he got the repair done in amazing time and it was half the price the dealership tried to charge me! Communication is wonderful, I trust them with every car of mine in the future!

I brought my car into Greg for the first time on Tuesday afternoon. He was kind and compassionate and immediately went to work to find out what the problem was with my car. I had been in a panic for the last couple of months because I could not pass the emissions testing Greg plugged his diagnostic machine into my car and within 10 minutes Had me back on the road again and I was able to get my car emissions tested and passed! I would highly recommend Greg and his crew to anyone. As a woman, I found him to be very supportive and helpful and never once felt that I was being treated inappropriately. Ladies, do not fear if you need help with a mechanical issue with your car, Greg is the mechanic you should go see! I have finally found an excellent mechanic that I trust completely. His prices are reasonable and he understands what it’s like to be in a position of hurting financially.

The fact is that my car is in the same condition it was when it was taken to you, even after about 2,000 spent. You didn't bother to look at it due to a pathetic one-month warranty. I OWN this vehicle. My sister and her Boyfriend took it to the shop for me and unfortunately for you there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. Also, by anyone reading your response on how rude you are with a customer that has had a problem with your company's work, can obviously see you are a poor business owner.

I had a different shop "work" on my truck and it came back worse than when I took it in. I called 2 men and a wrench and they sent a mechanic to my house ASAP. They were upfront with price and walked me through what needed to be done. I was completely satisfied and took my truck back to them for additional work. Each time I went in I was treated with respect and I wasn't made to feel like I was just some girl that doesn't know anything which I appreciated. Greg was kind enough to take me into the shop while my truck was lifted to show me exactly what my truck would need in the future and any wear and tear that it had. This business went above and beyond for me and I couldn't have been happier with my experience especially after a horrible experience at a different shop. I have already recommended them to friends and coworkers and will continue to rave about my experience.

I could not recommend this place more enough. Greg the owner is amazing and is honestly a genius on diagnosing whatever issue you have with your car. That being said this is a super reliable place to go along with the service being amazing!
