Bad experience with these guys. They made the critical error of taking money out of my account before they delivered oil. You just don't do that. Turns out the "truck broke down" and they couldn't make the delivery at all, but I suspect they ran out of oil due to huge demand. None of this would have been a problem if they hadn't taken my money first.

Potential customers beware ,I ordered oil from them , I made sure to tell them three times don`t park in my driveway. When you deliver ,sure enough they did.Even after I placed a large trash can at the end of the driveway.The driver still drove up the driveway to park.(lazy driver) Right threw the mulch ,between mine and my neighbors yard. So they exacerbated the cracks that were there. After reporting it to winslow ,it took two week to come over and make a report. He comes on a morning when we had about a inch of snow. I`m saying to myself are you kidding me. one of the management members.Bill was his name. What a B.S artist ,something I hope he`s not proud of. He `d said let me speak to the driver first. That`s the same thing winslow told me 2 weeks pryor . Bill says I get back to you after my investigation. So Bill and winslow string me along for a month. Never get back to me. Until the last time I called. Winslow said they were not responsible. Why string me along a month just to say that. So lame and unprofessional at best. So my only recourse was to report it to the BBB and write this review. Hey Winslow! if you want to correct your wrong, do the right thing. Unless you go by the motto that any publicity is better than none at all. Shame on Winslow ,Bill, and the phone operator . Was it worth it?
