I went there on Dec 11 2024 n fill up my diesel truck with 52 gallons diesel n my truck started filling my water separator 3 times with water that diesel from there has water in it stay away from there

STAY AWAY!!!! AWFUL SERVICE!!! After visiting Princeton on Monday April 23rd , my teenage daughter and I got lost in the middle of the night and so I drove in to get some gas and directions. Being from California, I tried to pump the gas myself and couldn't...instead of providing an explanation, he yells something at me from afar (TWICE-his accent is so strong, can't understand him so I must have looked confused) and just glares. Then turns and walks away. So I rush over to him since I'm in a rush but he ignores me. So I go back to leave when I notice the pump responding. Figuring he fixed the problem, I again proceed to try and pump as I do in CA when he comes over and starts yelling at me, "Why don't you understand?!" Still oblivious to what he's getting at, I ask, "Excuse me?" He then points at the SMALL print sticker on a pole-NOT the pump-that says "full-service," embedded in like a 30 word paragraph! I apologize and explain I'm from out of state at which point he then yells back, "Well I'm from here!!" At that point I say I am leaving and he actually yells back, "Good!" If I wasn't running late and lost, I wish I could have delt with his behavior and maybe recorded the encounter. I was just not expecting such rudeness, let alone to a woman all alone at night, plus my teenage daughter in the car was scared. He was an old Indian man with a very thick accent...I am Asian myself and usually okay with accents, but it was hard to understand, especially when being yelled at. Another gentleman standing there said he didn't understand what was said either.

Requested Regular, guy pumped Premium, tried to address it (as he was the only one there) he just said Premium over and over again. Asked for contact information and he ignored me. Worse, I contacted Valero corporate and never got a response. Gave another Valero a try, on Route 27, wife got a pathetic car wash and experience was even worse! Contacted Valero again, will see if they respond. Moving all my business to Speedway, BP, Costco, and the great Monmouth car wash on US 1.

Extremely rude attendant and priced too high. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Regardless of just being a gas station you still need to respect your customers
