1st time stopping here, its okay I'll review again some other day. After I really check this place out I'll let folks know what its about. I rated it now a 3 or a 4 Clean & orderly walking in the door Multitasking cashier, busy lil bee Was quickly there attending to me With a smile she bid me good day Doing the same, went on my way. Grocery, gas, and gambling things Is some of what Valero brings.

I used to love coming here because they were open late and had vapes so if I need one late at night it was there. Changed the hours, okay that’s fine I don’t mind if it’s closing half an hour earlier but it said 11:30. Got there at 11:10 open sign was lit up but the doors were chained and padlocked shut. Guess I can’t come here anymore, sad

When the sign on the door says the store is open at 7 and you find the door locked at 9, it’s a signal that they really don’t want/care for your business. Decided to wait in my car awhile to see when they actually open, in the past 10 minutes I saw five separate groups of people attempt to go in and then leave in disgust. Must be nice to run a business and not care if you make a sale😬

I needed to use the restroom and buy gas so I pulled off 81 and found this place in the back of Hamburg. I walked in and saw a door in the back was ajar and had a sheet of paper taped to the front with "out of order" written on it. I asked the owner if they had a bathroom and she told me that "The bathroom is for paying customers only". That's fine. I bought a Pepsi. As I was paying she told me that the bathroom was "back there" and pointed to the door with the sign. She said "Don't worry about that sign, it works". I grabbed my Pepsi, used the restroom and left without getting gas. I give that interaction 2 stars.

Seriously?! 65 cents per gallon higher for gas than the gas stations a mile or two away. Sign in the door says "Restroom for customer use only" You get inside and the door that is the bathroom door says "Out of order". The old lady clerk says "Sorry, boss's orders. You gotta buy something to use the bathroom!" You have to buy it first so you "don't run out first". So I but a 35 cent pack of gum. She says "That'll do it. The bathroom is the door that says out of order". So I went and used this dark, dirty, gross bathroom, because by this time I really have to go. Then when I wash my hands, there's no paper towels! What a HORRIBLE WRETCHED PLACE!!!!
