Valero Customer Reviews

They double charged me for gas. I found out by accident and had to go back the next day after I found out. They paid me back but no apology. Might be because the counter help is on their phone all the time.

Prices on individual items are higher than most other places by a good margin. Otherwise a fine place to stop.

Gentleman at the counter was an older gentleman, with a lisp. Absolutely the rudest person I have ever had an encounter with here. (I am 27 years old) I went in to grab a pack of smokes while off duty. And he said I am unable to purchase them. I showed him my legal ID and he refused to sell me the smokes. I went across town to get them. Few days later my partner and I walk in, he noticed that we were law enforcement and asked if we needed help, was pleasant and kind. I walked up to buy smokes, he sold them to me without checking ID. While I am glad I have some Nicotine, people like this should not be hired to work at a convenience store

Worker refused to let me use the bathroom after I spent $75 on gas. It says no public restroom. I am not the public, I am a paying customer. I am also 7 months pregnant with twins. Thanks a lot to your staff for being so rude and not accommodating. Will never buy gas from here again.
