This place is why auto service shops have a bad reputation. I went for NY state inspection. They said my car would not pass due to a plug in a tire to fix a nail puncture. They also said, falsely, that the tires had bulges that fail. But they could sell me tires that would pass. They also said I needed brakes and shack absorbers. Car is 4 years old with 29,000 miles. New State DMV auto inspection regulations do not mention tire plugs. Car passed last year with tire plug. Don’t go there.

my mother had her car done for oxygen sensors but suddenly had the fuel pump replaced(that didn’t need to be replaced). Ali was the mechanics name. he just kept trying to get money out of my mother so he kept coming up with other things to replace that didn’t need to be replaced. so like the asshole Ali is, he replaced his new car parts with the old again but took off the registration sticker (which was fake anyway). never go here, he’ll just mess up ur car n charge you extra. also, me n my mother were stranded in LI on the highway not too long after Ali “worked” on her car.

Went there because my car hit a pothole on the FDR, was advised by the tow truck that I could only bring the vehicle there. I asked him what the damages were and he advised that he would not know until Monday. Monday came, he never contacted me. I requested for the insurance to take my vehicle to another location. He then advised of $ 250.00 storage fee for the 18 hrs my car was there because I “did not give him a chance” and when the insurance instructed him to give up the vehicle he proceeded to speak in his language and acted as if he did not hear the request. Long story short he had to be threatened with the police. He is a horrible human being.

Went in to have some expensive work done come out needing more work. Not only do they deny causing my new problem they refuse acknowledge it saying they couldn't find anything wrong. I must have looked rich to these to these thieves because my final price was $300 more than original quote. Then had the nerve to say come back if you need anything else. Save your money and go elsewhere this place is not for gringos.

The worst place for the ny state inspection. they force you to make some kind of service in the car in the processes, if you not do it you have to pay $ 40 dollars anyway for the inspection car fail
