These places had nothing ready on the roller grill. My son got a tornado/hot dog, and it was still frozen. There was no sign saying they were not ready. They didn't have much in their cold case, and no one seemed friendly.

Would not allow me to rate it at ZERO Stars. Stopped in for the first time (and LAST). I was with my kids and the youngest had to use the rest room so we stopped verse using the one at the bottom of Buck Hill. Had the kids place their orders and then I placed mine. Went up to the counter and paid for everything. He did not offer me a receipt but I though no big deal. I sat down at one of the small tables with the kids and waited for our orders. My oldest daughters came and all was well. Then she called my number, as I sat down and seen I only had fires I went back up and asked, "Is there no sub?" She apologized and handed me my sub. No big deal. Then said the sub was not paid for. I let her know that it was. Then went up to the register where I paid for it. The clerk scanned it again and said it was paid for. I went back to the lady and she let me know that it was now paid for. Then the clerk came to me to say it was not paid for. I let him know that I did pay for it. out of anger and a desire to get out of there I paid for it (possibly again but don't know since I did not get a receipt initially). Then my other daughter let me know that she has not gotten here sandwich yet and others that she had order before had already gotten their orders. I went up to the counter again and asked where her order was and she then said here is hers order. My daughter did not want to eat int the store so we left. Upon opening her sandwich she stated that it was not a pretzel roll like she had ordered. I was going to go back in to say something but she did not want me to. I let my wife know what happen and let her know to never stop in that Turkey Hill at Willow street ever.

Huge new location! Lots of parking and plenty of gas pumps. Store inside is spacious with places to sit and eat food that they make for you or purchase in store. Staff is friendly and plenty of registers open to keep the people moving. Did I mention this location is the first I've seen that has beer and wine!

Whats happened with our nice traditional turkey hills ? Iced tea costs more than getting it in the regular store ! Just heard someone overseas bought it out ? Now that explains it ! Raise the prices , t hill was a nice store !

This is my 1st time in this store, as it is a relatively brand new store. Stopped in for a drink, snack and to use the mens room. I was surprised at the low level of cleanliness in the mens room, not to mention how dirty the floor was and overflowing trash. I was not aware that they also sell beer. That selection and prices were not bad, but I was surprised by the fact that there were a lot of holes in the inventory. The cashier was effecient, but not overly friendly. Did not make eye contact or speak clearly. None of this will prevent me from stopping here, but you never know.
