Sunoco Customer Reviews

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this store. The environment was unclean, and the customer service was far below acceptable standards. The clerk was unprofessional, and I witnessed them fail to check the ID of a young college-aged individual ahead of me. This raises serious concerns about compliance and responsibility. I cannot recommend this establishment and urge management to address these issues immediately.

I come here for gas every day however the bathroom has been disabled for so many weeks now when the African-American guy is there he allows me to use the bathroom when the Caucasian workers are there somehow it’s out of order I’m reporting these people to corporate discrimination is not the key

Got off the highway after 3 hours of driving, bought gas, went inside to find a restroom and was told it isn't public. Not cool Sunoco. Not cool. Would have bought my gas elsewhere. Put the no bathroom sign on the pump so I know before I spend my money with you.

We jumped off the Thruway here to get some gas and let the kids use the bathroom. I go inside with my two young kids to use the bathroom and find there are two bathrooms there, both with signs that say “Employees Only”. What the heck?! I asked the lady there and she looks at me with my two young kids (one whom was visibly distressed) and indifferently says they are for employees only. What kind of gas station doesn’t allow travelers to use a restroom? Skip this place.

91 Octane gasoline sold here. While attending UAlbany, I found this station is never short of demand. The employees here are pretty good. Down to earth folks. Flexible parking; Many times I've visited friends at the apartment building next to it and never had any issues with tickets or being towed. I wouldn't park overnight though.
