Sunoco Customer Reviews

I live close to this location and used to go there almost daily until whoever the new late night guy started. He has TERRIBLE customer service skills, will make you wait while he does other things in the store, and instead of apologizing he blames the customer. It's disrespectful and I won't be returning again. If my car ran out of gas in front of that gas station I would grab my gas can and walk 2 miles to the next gas station before I'll spend another dollar there. I also told my family members to stop going there. If you hire arrogant, and disrespectful people who don't value other people's time, you deserve to fail as a business. P.S. 2 other people left and 1 guy was yelling at the cashier because he made him wait to get in to get coffee. That guy said he's done with that store also.

This place is an absolute DUMP. Garbage and litter all over the place, diesel pump 10 hasn't taken a credit card for weeks (but. "It's getting fixed very soon"), almost never print receipts. Typical morons using gas pump areas as their own private parking spaces while they are in the store buying lottery tickets or socializing while working people are waiting to get fuel. whole place is just creepy. Go somewhere else to get fuel, not here.

Stopped on our way home around 2:00am and the guy was no where to be seen and had the door locked.

They upped their authorization hold from 1.00 to 100.00 and it left me with like 3.00 to my name for 10-14 days
