Sunoco Customer Reviews

This is a decent location. I'm always greeted by warm, friendly employees when I come in. I typically get coffee, breakfast sandwiches, stuff from the deli cooler and maybe some quick snacks, but will buy some home essentials from time to time. I have noticed some out of date items on the shelves and have bought food that tasted spoiled. But nobody's perfect and overall it's always been a genuinely good experience when I've gone there. Keep up the good work!

With the state of the world today one would expect businesses to be even more cautious especially since they service the public at large. But the other day I attempted to go inside to make a purchase and saw 4 people hanging out inside the establishment. Literally just standing around by the counter drinking coffee and conversing with the salesperson as well as amongst themselves. I waited outside approximately 10-13 minutes expecting 1 or 2 to leave or for at least a safe distance to open up at the counter. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere. Especially since no one had on a mask let alone a pair of gloves. .

Counter clerk told me store closes at midnight. Not open 24 hours.

Pre paid $25 for gas. Pump didn’t work. They refused to give $ back. What a scam. They wouldn’t give me a receipt of refund. Go anywhere else in Schenectady for gas.
