Sunoco Customer Reviews

Absolutely the Slowest Gas Pumps in Existence – A Total Scam! If you enjoy watching grass grow or paint dry, then congratulations—you’ve found the perfect gas station! The pumps here are so agonizingly slow that I’m convinced they’re powered by a hamster on a wheel. I could hand-pump crude oil from the earth, refine it myself, and still be done faster than these disgraceful excuses for fuel dispensers. It’s painfully obvious this is a scam to force people into the store while they wait an eternity for their tank to fill. And guess what? The store is overpriced, filthy, and about as welcoming as a DMV line. If they put half as much effort into maintaining their equipment as they do overcharging for snacks, this place might actually be tolerable. To make matters worse, the card readers barely work, the receipt printers are always out of paper, and good luck finding an employee who cares. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if they installed a toll booth at the exit just to squeeze a few more bucks out of frustrated customers. Save yourself the headache—go anywhere else unless you enjoy being held hostage by a pump that trickles gas out slower than a leaky faucet. Zero stars if I could.

Cheapest gas place in conneaut. Consistently has the nicest people working. New construction over the summer, and it shows in that the amenities are new.

Pumps never work. If that’s not enough, their staff treats you like you’re a chore. Good news for you, Wawa is opening a second location across the street that has easy access. Bad news for them is they probably won’t survive as a business after that happens. The gentleman there today snapped at me for wanting to cash a stupid $5 scratch off. He tried apologizing after I told him forget it, I won’t do any business here. “I just dropped my money that’s why I was mad”. I run a business, if anyone that works with me did that they wouldn’t work with me anymore. It costs nothing to be nice. Especially if most of your day you wait for customers and just sit on your phone. They aren’t asking much of you, just be nice!

Most of the pumps don't work. They either have signs saying they don't work, yellow bags on the pumps, or the credit card reader is on reset. I went to 8 pumps just to find 1 that worked. The machines are all duct taped up and falling apart. They just remodeled the place but I'm not sure how the condition is this poor already. This is the 3rd time I've come here having the same pump problems before I wrote the review in the hopes that someone will fix the issues.

Half the pumps weren't working. Some had metal panels held onto the pumps with duct tape. Go here only if like going inside to pay and jockeying your car from pump to pump. There's a Wawa directly across the street with the exact same prices with pumps that function and aren't falling apart.
