Sunoco Customer Reviews

Brought car in on a Monday. It had sat in storage all winter. Tune up. 2 tires needed. They did the work followimg Friday. That afternoon owner calls "did the fire marshall call you?" No. Car caught fire! Owner disavowed ANY responsibility. Wouldnt divulge their insurance carrier. Itt sat in storage 5 months. On their lot 4 days. They work on engine. Which is where fire started. Coincidence. How much ya want for that bridge to Brooklyn? Wow. My ins co declared car totalled.

Went to get gas, asked for the amount on the screen at the pump, then didn’t fill. Went to go inside, but it was closed. Sign on the door said they closed on Sundays so the pumps were shut off and it wouldn’t fill. Why would they put the sign on the door and not on the pumps where people were paying? Ridiculous charge and just a bad practice.

We had a slow leaking tire. We stopped in to just have it checked and they were able to fix the leak and had us going very quickly. Very nice and competent.

I scheduled an appointment with Devon who was very helpful and willing to ensure quality service. On when I called to follow through with my appointment, Brad said he wouldn't inspect my car per he was "cleaning shelves." I was counting as I was traveling that day on this inspection and had been very inconvenienced through this inability of Brad to follow through the appointment. I do not recommend Sunoco Williamstown

Went in for inspection.. was told I needed to fix my ebrake, that had just been fixed... kept the car at the shop over night, did not get the car back until the next day due to lack of parts... 380 dollars in labor and 38 in parts later my car has passed inspection. Never again.
