Sunoco Gas Station

I've been having my car serviced here for 5 years. Every time, the job is done correctly. Never an issue. Ramesh is the best. Knows whats he's doing and he's has a great crew.

I went to this location for a simple oil change. I don't know what they did in that short time. My car was fine. I made 1 stop. Afterwards, my car did not start 4X. So, I called Geico -I had a new battery by a different service in Feb. The towing company said I have a short in my circuit. So, even with the plugs-it wouldn't start. Something was done to the main circuit causing lack of electricity. So upset and disappointed because of the mechanics there. Another mechanic told me I needed a new starter- because of foul play at Sunoco- Briarwood.

Great service, over the years I've been to many car repair shops and this is the best by far. Ramesh and his staff are very knowledgeable and professional.

Car came out worst than it went in. I don't usually post reviews but I see the poor service is consistant. Been coming here for years for my vehicle. But when it comes to major repairs, they are clueless. I am going to return to get my vehicle fixed properly. Car went in for a rattling noise on the front end, guy says it sounds like the struts. Also had an oil change. Today my air pressure light comes on, there's a clicking when I brake amd the rattling noise got worst to the point where it sounds like the front about to drop. Very very upset after all the buisness I have been giving them all these years. Hopefully they will do right. And the best mechanic they had is gone now. Seems likr there are only part changers here now.

This is the only Gas Station I let Repair my Lexus, they are very knowledgeable and courteous, and the prices are fair.
