Stewart's Shops Customer Reviews

Clean convenient store/gas station - they do not have a large selection, but we got what we needed. Employees were friendly.

Dec 23, 2024 · Julie Limback

Think twice before visiting this branch, the store manager "Tina" has never had a day of customer service training in her life. She is incredibly rude. This is so embarrassing but earlier today I went to this location and pumped gas on pump 5. When I entered the store- she was trying to reprimand a group of other employees, right out in the open.. When I got to the register I learned that I only had 12 dollars instead of the 15 I pumped. (My fault) However, instead of taking the 12, she made me feel like crap and took 0. She asked me if I had my registration for her to keep.. I let her know that I didn't and offered her my license instead, where she looked absolutely disgusted. It became very clear that Tina seemed very overwhelmed. I called back after speaking to a DM of another location, when they informed me that she could have taken the 12 dollars. I felt mislead and frustrated- so I called and let her know, where she was very rude and argumentative. Seems like great customer service if you ask me.
