***Update 4/24/2025*** Still give this place only 2 stars. The only positive things about this location are the manager, Rose- who's also leaving this location, which sucks (we'll miss you) and Alexis- the assistant manager. Both of those ladies are hard-working, polite, and make you feel welcomed and valued. I swear when they're on there's like an electric vibe in the air of positivity. Their opener- Averey (hope that's spelt correctly) has his days as well, it's just not as consistent as the other two. But hes better than the rest of them and I can tell he's trying is damndest to keep any negative emotions inside and just do his job. The other opening girl with glasses is always just miserable for absolutely no reason. Feels like I'm bothering her just by coming in to buy a cup of coffee. Lacey is also great but the rest of the staff is a wash. I'm also really sick of catching attitude from the workers just because they're pissy they work at Stewart's or are having a busy day. If anything you should be happy your location is so busy because it means hours for you to work to make money to pay your bills. . If you all dislike it so much why work there and take it out on the customers? God forbid you have a question to ask them- you'll be standing around a decent amount of time waiting for some sort of acknowledgement and when you do get it they act like they'd rather do anything else other than help you. Sorry we don't all know how Stewart's works inside and out and need some sort of assistance. Did you want to come here for lunch? Well I hope you have time to sit around and wait for the food to be ready because it seems that instead of prepping for the rush that they know they'll get they wait until the rush hits to make any food. Nothing like walking in at noon to old breakfast sandwices and rollers or a pizza that's been sitting for way too long. Then one of them is stuck in the back making the food while there's only one person at the register and the line grows and grows. Completely asinine. If the entire staff was nothing but Roses, Alexis's, and Avereys this location would be fantastic. And why is your AC consistently running? Almost seems like it's on purpose so people won't want to hangout inside the shop (or at least hangout for long). When it's 30-40° outside you don't need AC. Turn on your heat so it's comfortable inside. You might suggest sitting outside, but outside of the shop is getting pretty disgusting and it seems like no one is doing thing one about it. Cigarettes butts everywhere. All over the lot, the sitting area , the grass. Coffee, grease, soda and ice cream stains all over the sidewalk and pavement. Oil stains cover the parking spaces. At night the windows are COVERED with some sort of tiny flys. I'm talking thousands of them. Just a very unpleasant environment in general. **Original review*** Night workers always seem to have an attitude. Seems if another customer gets them upset or they make a mistake they take it out on you. Some of them seem to have no patience. Such a shame because in general Stewart's is known for their customer service and the day shift doesn't have that issue.
